HOW IT WORKS
Submit an Application
Submit your application to our team in as little as 5 minutes so we can assess your situation and needs for your next home. We'll develop a personal plan that is unique to your situation to help you get into the home of your dreams, repair your credit situation and ensure you can continue to afford your home moving forward.
Find your Home
Once your application has been approved for our program, we'll match you directly to one of our real estate partners in your area. They will get in touch with your directly to help setup viewings for homes in your desired area to find your next home to purchase
Move-In
With your new home selected and ready, our team will purchase your home on your behalf through our Right to Purchase agreement. You'll pay rent on your home and repair your credit situation until you're ready to purchase the home for yourself. With our lease purchasing program, you're not locked into any contracts and can end the agreement at any time if you decide its not the home for you.
Become a Homeowner
When the time comes, you'll purchase your home from us permanently, and the rent payments you made during the program will be the last rent payments you'll ever have to make again. The home is entirely yours to keep.
